General terms
1. All cars are supplied with a current MOT
2. Mobility guarantee against additional fee
3. All parts supplied will be new and unused, unless specified otherwise.
4. Return shipments will only be accepted within 8 days after delivery and received without charge.
5. The purchaseprice will be transferred directly on receipt of the goods in good shape and originally packed.
6. Action items cannot be returned.
7. Exchange parts will be delivered with a extra charge which will be credited after receipt of the old item.
8. Alle prices are VAT included except used parts.
9. All cars and used parts are subject to the VAT margin ruling.
10. Possible conflicts will be solved; we leave legal proceedings to those who can spare the time and the money.
